INFORMATION:
Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Youth is doing this fundraiser to pay for their youth events so
they can learn more about God and to share God to others. We have
picked Eleos Coffee House to help us and to help support their ministry efforts.
About Eleos Coffee: Through strategic partnerships and our own ministries, Eleos Coffee is
helping to provide food, clothing, and other essentials to the poor and needy. While being committed to producing great coffee, the best
part of Eleos Coffee is knowing that a large portion of your purchase price is being used to bring hope to the needy in the inner city of Kansas City. We've intentionally placed ourselves
in the Northeast area of Kansas City in order to come along side those who have been overcome by the issues
of life so that we can offer help and hope for a better future. Through our "backpack" resource,
community work projects, ESL, Classes, Employment Opportunities, Heathly Living class,
and the good news of God's love in Jesus, we hope to see great things on Independence Ave. www.eleoscoffee.com Visit them at 3401 Independence Ave

Coffee:
Ethiopia This natural processed coffee comes from a variety of farms in Ethiopia.
A smooth coffee with a nice
balance of subtle fruit and nut. Roast level: Light Medium
Sumatran Can be the most earthy, low-toned, and rustic of the Indonesian coffee-growing world.
Low-acid, deep, complex; it is entirely sensed in the anterior regions of the palate.
It has a pleasing, tangy bittersweet and aggressive musty twist in the flavor which makes it
so popular among fans of the darker roast.
In the cup: Hints of chocolate, and earthy enough to know where it comes from.
Nice fullness with a clean lingering
finish. Roast level: Medium Dark
Guatemala In the cup: Floral, nutty with lime and caramel. Roast level: Medium Roast
Eleos Blend While we include the darker roast, this blend emphasizes the lighter notes.
A very smooth taste and feel on the palate.
$12 for a 12oz bag that makes about 6 pots of coffee. Depending on how much coffee you use.
Money must be collected before the 23rd of February
